in order to open team ladders we need suitable enough team replys from the team owners who resposible to keep there players playing.
a 2on2 normally requires 16 teams but since we are talking about ut3, i'd open one for example if i see 10~12 teams reply here
it can be TDM or BTA or both depending on which one get more attention tho- i'd prefer tdm as its more stable and stuff.
