BioLauncher Mutator
Replaces the BioRifle with the BioLauncher (including ammo)
This mutator was a community request with the build of 2848065 (2/1/2016) which had a problem with the BioLauncher ammo pickups. This has been fixed the following builds. Reading this always have in mind that all those things are based on competitive CTF.
After having read the last epic commits on GitHub, I decided to make my own weapons to finally have some fun in this game. Currently, there are two gamebreaking things for me: netcode, and weaponbalance.

Asym CTF. Not much to say. Weapon placements need work. There is also meant to be a mechanic with the crane moving boxes but I wanted to release an initial version for people to play with while I fiddle around with the fancy stuff. So I started this map a little over a year ago (you may have seen the shell version played in PUGs). I only started meshing it out this past May and have spent the last several months on it.

People don't play it though unfortunately, some people get fps drops from 144 to 110 so it's unplayable..
