Changes since RC1

- Fixed missing yellow poles from red side
- removed some dynamic lights around core
- fixed the odd levi fire bug in the blue base
- adjust some terrain z fighting

changes since beta3

- Add more tunnels at core to make core-> prime and prime-> core easier to do
- Add destructable ramps into the river area. The shape charge is more
important now
- Change some volumetric materials
- add volumetrics to some lights
- more work on the waterfall
- misc little touches

Changes since beta1 -

- 30-60% fps improvement over beta1
- Remove many emitters
- Reduce dynamic light count
- Reduce some material complexity
- Remove line of sight from prime 1 to prime 2
- Reduce underwater blur effect
- Add some BSP around bases
- Add ambient sounds
- Add core explosions
- Add moving doors around infantry tunnels in base
- Add fog sheets
- Add hoverboard ramps everywhere to shorten the distances
- Add paladins at center nodes
- Add tank + scorpion at first prime node
