Place the .u and .int files in the System directory of Unreal Tournament 2004.
For use on a server, add the following lines to the UT2004.ini file found in the System directory of Unreal Tournament 2004, under the section [Engine.GameEngine]:

FROM THE AUTHOR:
This VP was inspired by the sci-fi robots of yesteryear, the ones who would spout off long winded technical jargon in a monotone voice. The in-game story behind Obso1337 is that it was once a multipurpose utility robot that has been sold and passed on to many different companies to perform a wide variety of tasks. It's memory hasn't been completely wiped, so it still retains some of the quirks of its original jobs, making it speak irrelevant or nonsensical phrases every now and then. An engineer working for Dynamax Technologies, Inc., purchased the 'bot from a junkyard and fixed it up for a hobby. One day, he installed some armor plating and combat programs to see how far it could go in the tournaments...
