A SkyZoneInfo that moves with the player camera location (like in UT3)
I wanted to update CTF-PB-NeWoot graphics and ended up coding this
Works like a normal SkyZoneInfo. The most important variable is ParallaxSkyZoneInfo.SkyScale, their recommended
values are between 0 and 1 (but may be greater than 1). For example, a value like 0.0625 will make the
ParallaxSkyZoneInfo move 16 times slower than the player (1/16).
Note: Keep in mind that the ParallaxSkyZoneInfo moves, then you should take precautions to shaping the SkyBox to
avoid being cross by.
