Ok I'm putting this here since it's only really of any use to a server operator
I coded this at request of CVROY, it's a server actor (in other words no client DL/Does not affect whitelisting), that teleports the top players of the winning team (or top players of the match) to the end screen (unless they are in a vec). This way everyone get's a chance to taunt where someone will see them

It's still only BETA, and as I don't have access to any servers (and it does not work with bots), I would love for some admins to run this actor, reporting any bugs (and sending me the .log file at the time of the bug happeing), as well I'd like some endgame pics too

to use it simply add:
ServerActors=CTFEndGame.ACT_CEGActor


CEGConfig.ini:

bTopPLayers=True TP's top players of the game instead of the winning team in a team game
iNumTopPlayers=# Number of top players to TP (if you are in a non team game or bTopPlayers=True) Default is 24
iNumTeamPlayers=# Number of players from winning team to TP Default is 24
fcONSMult=# Number to multiply the offsets by in an ONS game Default is 1.5

You can also add (or change) offsets by adding:
vOffset(#)=(x=#,y=#,z=#)

bNoTPCloseXPawns= if true will not move xPawns within fNoTPRange of the end game focus
fNoTPRange= Range which not to TP xPawns if bNoTPCloseXPawns=True
bAdvertise=Bool, Whether or not CEG advertises itself to newly connected players (per game/Level), defaults to true
cAdvertiseColor=Color, Color of advertisement, defaults to (R=0,G=255,B=255,A=127)
sAdvertiseString=String, what message the actor broadcasts, defaults to: "This Server TPs the winning team to the flag on game end"
fAdvertiseTime=float, how long the advertisement stays on screen, defaults to 5.00
bEndAdvertise=bool True to advertise before game end in a timed game, defaults to true
iEndAdvertiseTime=int How many seconds before game end to advertise, defaults to 60
sEndAdString=String What the end messsage says

As a note:
sEndAdString and sAdvertiseString now accept up to four (4) lines like so:
sEndAdString=LineOne
sEndAdString=LineTwo
