Further Explination

The values of QAuthList in the laba reporter are so that the people with those Q auth's don't need to use the password to send commands
so for example if myIRCtag was set to ! (myIRCtag=!) you could just use !say bla to say something on the server. This brings me to my next
point which is the myIRCtag variable is so you can change your command prefix. If it's set as ! anything with a ! at the start of the line will
be treated as a laba command by the bot. If you change it to myIRCtag=~ then anything with a ~ at the start of the line will be treated as a laba
command.

Hope that clears that up.

IMPORTANT
Those of you who used the scorechan command, after upgrading should run the command again to reset the variable.
Fixed bug when IRCScoreChan and IRCChan are set to the same channel, when changing the IRCChan the bot used to part the score chan. It will now remain as the score chan and move reporting to the new chan.
Fixed duplicate "the match has begun" messages. This was due to the way utcomp handled the warmup.
Fixed the reporter sending empty messages to IRC with only the time on them.
Fixed bug, when a player name starts with a number in a team game, it used to ruin the irc colours and hence the player name, this has now been solved. (Thanks [.Levi*240.])

Changes since v1.41

Moved the quit and adminpw command to the "advanced commands" section.
These commands will now only work with advanced commands enabled.
Removed the "warmup has ended message"
Removed the "the game has ended" message
This is because [Game Ended] is now included in the timestamps


Known Current Issues.

Damage Types missing in ONS (needed for Custom Death Messages)

Rep Bot Floods when ONS Node is under attack.

Additional Commands - See the commands list for a complete listing of all commands.

quit - Restart the server (like using admin quit from console)
mutechat - Mute all chat output from the server (specs and players)
unmutechat - Resume the chat output from the server
DefaultSpreeMsg - Changes the default killing spree reporting to some different (some might think funny) ones (off by default)
Adminpw - Changes the reporter admin pw (the new pw is logged in server.log along with the nick of the person who changed it)
e.g adminpw temp : would change the admin pw to temp
ReportEff - Enables / Disables reporting of efficency

Included in this package is the Mirc Client Script created by [.Levi*240.] for bot interaction.

Fixed frags not showing when using default messages (bug from utcomp)

Removed Deaths with no meaning and made changes for utcomp4 (random spam mess)

Removed Player join / leave messages in team games. (players joining are shown in "is now on red")
Fixed the bot taking the topic from the Score Channel, now it only uses the actual reporting channel.

Shield Packs are only reported collected when they are actually collected
All death messages with out a reason, for example "suicide" have been removed this is because of the huge amount of spam when a UTComp game with warmup starts. As i've not been able to get hold of anyone from UTComp i found this was the best solution.

Fixes for UTComp 1.4

Bot no longer reports "duplicate kills" when default messages are turned off (every kill was reported twice)
Removed more "strange characters" generated by utcomp.
Fixed the bot spamming blank lines at the end of utcomp warmup.

I know many of you will have used the labalaba reporter by Mr.Frost and this is heavily based on that code.

What you need to know really is this is a BETA, people were complaining at me to get it released so i'm finally doing so.

The Known Bugs!
1) Do not add the mutator in webadmin, if you add it there then it will cause a problem with the reporting
just leave it as an actor and let it run.


The Commands

The majority of the settings can be set from irc the syntax is as follows.

Help - displays the help menu
IP - Gives the server ip
INFO - Gives information about the game type and mutators running
RED - Set red team name
BLUE - Set blue team name
e.g. cmd RED Levitation
e.g. cmd Blue Team64
MUTE - Mute the reporter bot
UNMUTE - Unmute the reporter bot
MUTECHAT - Mute all chat from the server (players talking etc)
UNMUTECHAT - Unmute chat from the server (show players talking again)
LABARECONNECT - Make the bot reconnect to irc
CLEARTOPIC - Clears the current topic
SETTOPIC - Lets the bot set the topic
RESETBUFFER - Resets the buffer, and clears everything queued for delivery to irc.

All the below commands are a true / false variable afterwards e.g. DMSG false

OP - Op someone in a channel
CHAN - Set the channel where the bot is reporting

ADMINPW - Changes the reporter bot admin pw.

INDIVIDUALSTATSTIME - Sets the time in seconds when the bot will report all of the players in the server and their scores
SCORETIME - Sets the time in seconds when the scores will be displayed
STATUSTIME - Sets the time in seconds when the bot will display the match top scorer etc.

The following commands are related to the server operation

KICK - Kicks the player from the server (e.g KICK [.Levi*215.])
BAN - Bans the player from the server
QUIT - Restarts the server using the "admin quit" command
MAP - Changes to the specified map (e.g DM-Rankin)
MODE - Changes to the specified mode (e.g Mode 1)
MODES - Lists all the modes setup on the reporter
SAY - Sends a chat message to the server from IRC


The UT2004 commands on the help menu haven't been tested yet, feel free to play around and let me know the outcome!
