Description

This server actor listens for configurable chat messages and translates them
into console commands.


Installation and configuration
------------------------------
Extract the .U file from the archive to the UT2004\System directory and add
the following line to the [Engine.GameEngine] section of your server's
configuration file:

ServerActors=ChatToConsoleCommand.ChatToConsoleCommandHandler

A ServerPackages entry is not required, as this is a serverside-only mod.
If you ran the server actor at least once, a config section for the mod will be
created in the same file to reflect the default configuration:

[ChatToConsoleCommand.ChatToConsoleCommandHandler]
Translate=(ChatLine="!teams",ConsoleCommand="mutate teams",bCaseSensitive=False)

Of course you can also create this section manually while you are adding the
ServerActors entry. You can create as many Translate=(...) lines as you want.
The ChatLine text will be matched, respecting case-sensitivity according to the
bCaseSensitive value and without trimming whitespace and the start or end of
the message text.
