I'm not a member of ACT, just developper of my own anticheat nothing more.
I may had temporary (understand not for some months, weeks or even days) some in the past but as i said I now use a dedicated computer for my tests.

If those people are not jurists and if NHK spreads in the state it is now so that it will be on most if not all European UT2004 servers because of the paranoia the server admins have towards cheating then I might just stop playing UT2004 online - forever.

- Dav didnt ban me, he was not the ban-problem! he only gave his logs away, because he didnt know me. And thats painful for himself.
- Ruin want to ban me on cb, ill wait for it.
- all of my years in ut and the community, i saw many cheats, but i had only 2 on my hdd´s. all others was seen in google caches, webarchives and readme´s from emule/torrent. But my informations i did not get from cheaters, ill get the info´s from the web, from other webadmins and wormbo.

About Dav and me, all things we had together are really clear!
The only man who want to ban me was Ruin.

Negative! And thats the difference here in germany! Yes we logged it, yes we now the names.
BUT:
It looks maybe like I'm a private person.
I have, however, two companies that are subject to the privacy policy here in Germany.
We can not give out logs on private individuals! (Clanbase is a company.)
- All Server-Logs are deleted after 4 weeks ( a must here in germany! )
- All AntiTCC-Logs with a definitly positive are saved since 2007
- All Playerlogins on my servers are logged since 2007 (nicks, GUID's, IP's, Match-ID's, Matchtime's) in a SQL-Database (UT-Logcheck), thats only accessable for me, Ragnos and Satan. And here we are subject to the privacy policy too!

Thats why UTzone looks like a very closed system!
For any data that go to outside, I am solely responsible, not Ragnos or Satan. I alone must hold out my head before the law, I am a Company.

If i break the Law,i have to pay for it (when i get caught).
It`s against my privacy,to scan things on my Computer and Network.Its like a Trojan Horse,that spys out my live and that is not allowed.

If you log the filename as you say, then you have access to the admin login and pass in my example and it means private data could be sent to you (+Ragnos and Satan), while your screen was saying the opposite.
This is just what i wanna show you with this stupid example.
I trust you for the data protection of course, but just dont pretend none of our private data could be sent to you.

The law doesnt say it's forbidden to scan computers otherwise many software would be illegals too.

If i need a clear agreement of the player, i'll get it, if this is your only problem.

I understand this, no need to justify more.
I just wanna point out that technically you have access to the logs, meaning you can see suspicious filenames and so it could be private data like in my example.
You agree with this ?
Im 100% sure you handle those informations with all the care needed, that's not what im talking about.
