I don't understand. Redirection is not working because is broken on UTzone or because these maps are not in the database. And why some of us were able to connect with the maps and others not ? If the redirect service is broken or the maps are not in your maplist, then none of us would be able to connect.

I must send the uz files for every new map ?

The reason some people were able to connect is because they already had the maps installed or in their cache. And yes, whenever you add files to your server, you also must upload them to the redirect (compressed to uz2.) If it's a shared or public redirect, check the file list to see if it's already on there.

OK, now it's clear to me. I suspected that is something about having or not the files in cache because we played these maps some time ago, but I wasn't sure. Thanks.

UT will delete Files (Maps) after 30 Days in your Cache, dosnt care if you play this map or not in this 30 Days. After the 30 Days UT will try to download the Map (and other stuff for this map) again.

You can disable this automaticly delete on your client:

Hello. I have more questions :
1 - I modified the server name and now, in the Userpanel, I have ''Map = Unknown'' and ''Player = 0/65535''. Any idea why ? If I remember correctly, default settings were different. And how can I fix this ?
2 - The server works fine now, but still has rare crashes (or maybe restarts). Sometimes (I think 1-2 times), after restart, I have not there the selected mutators. It is normal ? Donzi installed ComLine on the server. ComLine is working properly or not ?
3 - Again some (rare) crashes after voting (when changing the map). Maybe LinxDedServFix can solve this problem. What is the conclusion, can we use it on DNW servers or not ?
4 - I read something about DruidsMutator. Would be good to use it on my server ? Will be helpful ?
5 - Increasing tickrate can cause ''false'' shots ? If so, why ? I think I noticed this on my server (with tickrate 45). Some shots seems to go through the opponent without damaging him.

1. Servernamecolor crashs sometimes the Queryscripting from the Panel. Or the length of the Servername. Doesnt matter.

2. Comline is working. Each time you installed a new Map, it can be crash. Thats normal too. Sometime the "Is the Server up" Script cant trace the Server, so it restart. We had set the Checkscript to 5 Minutes (before 3) to prefent this. But it can happen.

3. Yeah, you can add the Mut into the Voting-Menu and add it at least to the Comline (,LinxDedServFix.LinxDedServFixMut) . You must not change the ServerActors or Serverpackages. Your now my testing-man

4. Dont know anything about it. Maybe others?

5. No, these things are some lineproblems to and from the server. You can test it with more Netspeed (MaxInternetClientRate=15000) and hope its better.

The reason a crash will happen is that the server will scan new maps when changing to another map; an incompletely uploaded map will not register properly and crash the server. What I do to avoid crashing when installing new maps is to upload them to a unused directory (MapsTemp or similar) then move it after it's done uploading.

Yes, DM mutator will help if you have a lot of different gametypes and mutators listed in your ini. Once you go beyond the text limit (not sure what it is) your server won't boot.

1 - You are right, the server name was too long (Seven Tears - Snipers Land, Fast Action, More Fun - From DNW). The server name is shorter now (Seven Tears - Snipers Land - From DNW). So, it was the lenght of the server name, not the Server Color mutator. Problem solved.
2 - If everything is normal about ComLine, then OK. And it is normal too to thank you for adding this on my server. It helps a lot.
3 - I will try to install myself LinxDedServFix. I'm not sure I'll succeed. If not, maybe someone can help me again. Anyway, I noticed that I already have this mutator in the ''Select Desired Mutators'' list and the .u and .ucl files in the system folder of the server.
4 - Jefe mentioned something about Druids Mutator in your new thread about LinxDedServFix (page 1, post no. 4). You have this mutator on the UTZone (http://www.utzone.de/forum/downloads...o=file&id=1017). I think that it is a good idea to use this, if I want to put more mutators on the server. But how to instal this, it is a problem for me...
5 - I read a lot of reviews about tickrate. The opinions are divided. For me, higher tickrate seems to make more damage than good things. No noticeable difference between 45 tickrate and default tickrate (20). It seems to me that the server works better with the default tickrate. Finally, a noob question : where to modify the netspeed ? In the server .ini or in my .ini (client) ?
