Please remove my ban

Hello everyone!

I have been banned from your servers for more than a year now for rude language and I would like to say I'm sorry about that. I did not mean to hurt anybody. I would love to play on the servers now. Is it possible to remove my ban? I regret everything and it will not happen again. I hope you can take the time to answer me.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think my guid is: 92880BDA-80C30CAB

Thank you for your answer Donzi! I'm afraid something is wrong here though, I bought the Unreal Anthology a long time ago and used the original cd-key when i re-installed the game. Maybe the problem is with the patch I installed afterwards?

not really, but you can use the reg-check tool to insert the key after patching
